About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, tech savvy, hands-on Renovation Coordinator to help keep our renovation projects running smoothly. You’ll be the link between management, the field team, and our vendors — making sure jobs stay organized, supplies show up on time, and progress is documented clearly.
If you like being in the mix, solving problems on the fly, and keeping projects on track, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Keep tabs on multiple renovation projects — tracking progress, timelines, and next steps.
Support management with quick, clear job status updates and progress reports.
Help field technicians get what they need: parts, materials, and supplies.
Coordinate deliveries and make sure the right materials land at the right job at the right time.
Document job progress with organized photo updates and notes.
Keep everything (and everyone) synced up — from the field to the office.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in residential renovation, construction, or property management (bonus points if you’ve juggled multiple projects before).
Strong organizational skills — you love checklists and getting things done.
Great communicator who can keep things moving between teams.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with project tracking tools, shared drives, and mobile photo apps.
Reliable transportation for site visits or supply runs.
